摘要
目的 探讨思密达治疗脾虚泄泻的部分作用机理。方法 建立经典大黄致大鼠脾虚泄泻模型 ,设立正常组、模型组、思密达组 ,于治疗结束时 ,放免法检测血浆胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(Gas)含量。 结果 思密达组MTL含量较模型组减少 ,Gas含量较模型组增加 ,均与正常组接近。 结论 思密达对脾虚泄泻大鼠的治疗效果 ,可能通过调节胃肠激素水平 ,减少胃肠蠕动 。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect mechanism of Smeta on spleen deficiency diarrhea of rats. Methods Spleen deˉficiency diarrhea models of rats were established by feeding with Rhubard,then feeding with Smeta160mg/200g respectively.Blood motilin and gastrin were determined by RIA nine days later. Results In Smeta griup rats,the serum motilin levels were higher than those of model group and serum gastrin levels were less than those of model group.But there was not significant difference of motilin and gastrin between the Smeta group and the normal control group. Conclusion The treatment effect of Smeta on spleen dificieny diarrhea of rats may be regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormone to decrease gas-trointestinal peristalsis and improve absorption function.
