颌面骨缝皮样囊肿的临床分析

The clinic analysis of dermoid cyst of maxillofacial bonesuture

目的 探讨颌面骨缝皮样囊肿的病理特征、临床表现、诊断要点及治疗措施。方法 回顾分析了10例颌面骨缝皮样囊肿患者的临床资料 ,对手术方法 ,切除范围及手术疗效进行分析。结果 无手术并发症 ,术后随访2～8年 ,治愈率90%。5例术前CT扫描 ,2例MRI提示与病理诊断相符。结论 颌面骨缝皮样囊肿临床表现、影像学有一定特征 。

Objective To explore the clinical course,pathologic characteristic,diagnosis and surgical treatment of dermoid cyst of maxillofacial Bonesture. Methods 10cases of dermoid cyst of maxillofacial Bonesture were analysed retrospectively and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results All patients were treated by surgery.The cure rate was90%.No recurrence was found as follow-up from2to8years. Conclusion There are some characteristic features in the clinical course and computer tomography of the dermoid cyst of maxillofacial Bonesture Surgery operation is the only treatment by now.
