摘要
本文从网上参考咨询服务的重要性和必要性着手 ,阐述了图书馆要在激烈的市场竞争中争得一席之地 ,就必须开展网上信息服务。并且从网上信息的服务政策、工作流程安排、人员培训等方面对网络环境下图书馆参考咨询工作的特点进行了详细的剖析 。
Based on the importance of online reference service, this paper describes that the library should develop online information service and particularly analyses the characteristics of the reference work in the network environment form the sevice style, carrier, the object of service, the document type and items of service, and it also provides some cffective measures.
