摘要
本文简析了“数字渔业”概念及其提出时代背景,并在此基础上对我国建设“数字渔业”进行SWOT分析。分析表明,我国开展“数字渔业”建设的优势主要表现在渔业信息化的迫切性逐渐成为渔业界的共识等四个方面,渔业信息化、数字化建设缺乏统筹规划等六方面的劣势也不容忽视,同时要抓住来自渔业资源可持续利用和渔业经济可持续发展的需要等七方面的机会,化解建设资金不足等四方面的威胁。以促使“数字渔业”建设在我国能够按照既定的目标发展。
Putting forward the concept 'data fishery' and its background, the paper analyzing the SWOT of constructing 'data fishery' in China, which strengths include fore aspects such as forming common opinion of fishery informationlization. And we don't allow ignoring six weaknesses, such as shorting construction plan of fishery informationlization and datalization as a whole, fastening seven opportunities such as need of sustainable fishery resources using and economic development, resolving fore threats such as finance shortage. Accordingly established aim of constructing 'data fishery' can realize.
