摘要
研究了装配模型技术,提出了一种根据零件及其装配特征的参考原点和装配基准面来确定零件移动位置和方向的方法,从而完成自动装配,可大大地减少计算机辅助装配系统输入的数据量,提高了装配速度。采用这一方法开发了基于CAXA平台的夹具快速装配子模块,取得了较好的效果。
A general automatic method for positioning parts in an assembly is presented. The characteristics of reference origin and boundary face of mating feature and parts are used to determine automatic part-positioning operations. This approach makes computer-aided assembly design systems more user-friendly and greatly reduces the amount of input data required. A module of rapid assembly clamp system is built up in CAXA.
