推拿并加压肢体治疗糖尿病性末梢神经炎

Massage and Circulated Cmpression to Limbs on Treating Diabetic Neuritis

目的观察推拿并加压肢体综合治疗2型糖尿病所致末梢神经炎的效果。方法156例2型糖尿病末梢神经炎患者分为观察组(96例)和对照组(60例),均接受常规降糖治疗。观察组同时采用推拿、循环按摩和加压肢体治疗,对照组加用活血祛瘀和神经营养药治疗。结果2组均治疗30d后,观察组显效率及总有效率分别为63.5%和89.6%,优于对照组的15%和53.3%(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后尿糖、血脂等与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论应用按摩推拿和循序加压肢体对末梢神经功能的恢复有明显的促进作用。

Objective: To study the effect of treating diabetic neuritis by massage and circulated compression to limbs. Methods: 156 patients with diabetic neuritis were divided into treatment group (96 cases) and control group (60 cases). Both the two groups were treated with routine methods. Meanwhile, the patients in the treatment group were subjected to the massage and circulated compression to limbs, and those in the control group received the treatment of ho xue hua yu yao and nutrition medicine. Results: After treatment for 30 days, the effective rate and excellent rate in treatment group was respectively 89.58% and 63.5%, while those in control group were 53.3% and 15% with the difference being very significant between the two groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Massage and circulated compression to limb combined with medicine to treat diabetic neuritis has satisfactory effect.
