摘要
目的探讨早期康复治疗对不同病程脑卒中患者功能状况的影响。方法50例急性脑卒中患者随机分为2组各25例,均采用常规药物治疗,康复组同时接受康复治疗。结果治疗前和病程1个月时2组患者Fuglmeyer运动功能(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)和功能综合评定量表(FCA)评定差异无显著性,病程3和6月时FMA和BI评定康复组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),FCA评定在病程6月时亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗能有效改善患者运动功能,明显提高ADL能力,而维持性治疗能进一步巩固和提高康复的效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation therapy on the functional outcome in hemiplegia patients with stroke at different stages. Methods: Fifty acute stroke patients were assigned to the rehabilitation group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases) randomly. Both the two groups were treated with routine medicine.The patients in rehabilitation group were subjected to rehabilitation therapy. Results: The scores in both two groups were similar before therapy and 1 months after the onset of treatment. The patients in the rehabilitation group at 3rd month and 6th month demonstrated much higher scores in FMA and BI than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The FCA scores in the rehabilitation group at 6th month were also higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve motor function and ADL of stroke patients. The continued rehabilitation therapy is helpful for improving the effect.
