MMP-7、MVO在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究子宫内膜癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的表达特点,探讨其与间质微血管密度及肿瘤浸润、转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测48例子宫内膜样腺癌、15例正常子宫内膜MMP-7的表达,并在CD 34染色切片上检测间质微血管密度(MVD)。结果 内膜癌组MMP-7阳性表达率(70.83%)和强阳性表达率(27.08%)均明显高于对照组(20%、O%),二者之间差异有显著性(P<0.01);MMP-7阳性组MVD均值(57.83±15.78)高于MMP-7阴性组(44.28±12.96),MMP-7的表达与MVD呈正相关(P<0.05)。此外,子宫内膜癌MMP-7的表达与内膜癌手术临床分期、病理组织学分级、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),而与患者年龄无关。结论 MMP-7促进子宫内膜癌问质血管生成,促进肿瘤的浸润和转移,联合检测MMP-7、MVD,有可能成为判定于官内膜癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。
