摘要
利用微分几何共轭曲面和法向等距曲线理论,证明了代数阿基米德螺旋线作为涡旋压缩机型线的可行性,并分析讨论了代数阿基米德螺旋型线的基本特点,为变截面涡旋压缩机的设计提供了一种新的方法,同时表明代数阿基米德螺旋型线的结构及受力均优于圆的渐开线,有较好的应用前景.
By using the theory of curved surface conjugation in differential geometry and normal iso-metric polygonal profiles as well,the feasibility of taking algebraic Archimedes as scroll profile of scroll compressor is verified.The basic characteristics of algebraic Archimedes profile are analyzed and discussed,providing a new method for the design of scroll compressor with variable cross-sections.Meantime,it is shown that the configuration and kinetics of algebraic Archimedes are all superior to the profile of circular involute.
