摘要 针对阳极焙烧炉温度控制系统模型难以确定以及控制难度较大的事实,在特性实验和分析的基础上,设计了插值形式的变论域自适应温度模糊控制器,并用模型预测办法解决了焙烧过程中温度无法连续测量的问题,实现了焙烧炉温度的精确控制.实验研究结果表明该方法十分有效.  Aiming at the fact that,it is very difficult to derive a model for temperature control system of anode baking furnace as as well as there are many difficulties for us to control the baking process accurately,an adaptive fuzzy controller with variable universe of discourse is designed and implemented on an anode baking kiln.As the temperature cannot be measured continuously for several days,a fuzzy model is built up to provide an estimation of temperature.This method is proved to be very valid by the result of experimental investigation.
