改性膨润土混凝剂(PASB)的混凝除浊性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过硫酸铝、氧化钙和钠基膨润土反应合成聚合硫酸铝改性膨润土混凝剂。将该混凝剂用于混浊水样中 ,考察其混凝除浊性能。实验结果表明 :该混凝剂含有低聚合态铝 ,在混凝过程中主要是电荷中和作用。适于pH值为 7~ 1 0的条件下使用 ;在 30℃时 ,混凝除浊效率显著提高。用该混凝剂处理城市污水 ,当投加量为 0 .5 g/L时 ,污水中总磷和CODCr去除效率最高 ,总磷的去除率达到 94 .97%,CODCr的去除率达到 6 5 .0 3%。 The coagulant of polyaluminum-sulfate-modified bentonite was synthesized by aluminum sulfate, calcium oxide and Na-type bentonite and applied to treating simulant water, and the functions were also studied. The coagulant containes low polymeric aluminum with function of neutralization electric charge of suspensoid. The rate of removing turbidity was the optimal at 30℃ and pH=7~10.The coagulant was applied to treating the municipal sewage. When 0.5g/L coagulant was added, the optimal rate of removing turbidity,total phosphorus and COD_ Cr were obtained. The rate of removing phosphorus was 94.97%. and that of COD_ Cr 65.03%.
