摘要
介绍了高精度级进模经常出现的失效形式 ,详细分析了失效产生的原因及维修方法 ,并在分析失效原因的基础上 ,提出了一些在保证制件质量的前提下降低模具精度要求 ,缩短模具设计制造周期 。
The commonly occurred failure forms of high-precision progressive dies are introduced. The causes of the failures and the maintenance of the dies are analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of the failure causes, suggestions on lowering the die precision requirement, shortening the die design and manufacturing cycle and reducing the die manufacturing and maintenance cost on the basis of ensuring the quality of the parts produced with the die are proposed.
