备胎支架成形工艺过程质量控制

摘要 为了提高备胎支架的质量 ,对其成形工艺、模具结构、成形后的回弹、压力中心等影响质量的因素进行了深入研究 ,并提出了相应的解决措施,结果表明 In order to enhance the quality of the brackets used for fixing spare tires, some factors that affect the bracket quality in the course of forming process, such as jointing distortion, die structure, the rebound of formed brackets and the pressure center, have been deeply studied and corresponding measures to solve the problems are put forward. Results show that the bracket quality has been enhanced to a great degree and the service life of the die for the brackets has greatly prolonged.
