摘要
从原材料改锻、预备热处理、淬火及回火、深冷处理、表面强化处理等方面分析介绍了提高Cr12MoV钢冷作模具寿命的一些方法和措施 ,并通过实例表明 。
Some methods and measures for prolonging the service life of the cold working die of Cr12MoV steel are introduced on the aspects of improving the raw material by forging, pre-heat-treatment, quenching and tempering, cryogenic treatment and surface strengthening. Practical examples showed that the die life can be greatly prolonged by adoption of these methods and measures.
