摘要 首次通过计算并控制摆线转子泵小转子廓线外凸部分最大曲率半径的方法来避免小转子廓线根切。不是直接利用小转子廓线坐标方程来求其廓线的曲率半径,而是先利用大转子圆弧齿圆心相对于与小转子固接的坐标系的轨迹方程求该轨迹的曲率半径,然后再加上圆弧齿半径,以此来获得小转子廓线曲率半径的简易公式,进而推导出可求使小转子廓线不根切的极值尺寸的显式。 Simple explicit expressions for calculating the limit dimensions to avoid undercutting on the tooth profile of the small rotor in cycloid rotor pump are derived first time in this paper.Undercutting on the tooth profile of the small rotor is avoided by calculating and controlling the maximum curvature radius of the tooth profile of the small rotor on convex section.An ingenious method is used to derive simple formula for calculating both the curvature radius and the maximum curvature radius of the tooth profile of the small rotor.By letting the maximum radius of curvature to be zero,simple explicit expressions for calculating the limit dimensions are derived to avoid undercutting on the tooth profile of the small rotor.
