摘要
为提高青霉素钾工业盐收率和产品质量,主要采取了3方面的措施:(1)加快出品前蒸馏速度,缩短共沸时间;(2)对结晶过程中的搅拌速度进行分段控制;(3)改变丁醇补加方式。使青霉素钾盐收率提高了1.0％,并提高了产品质量。
For improving the yield and quality in azeotropic crystallization process of penicillinG three measures were applianced: (1)increasing the distillation rate before coming out crystal;(2) subsection controlling the milling rate;(3)changing the manner of adding solvent.The product yield was raised 1.0% and its quality was improved.
