摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定儿童头发中的微量元素Fe、Zn、Ca、Pb的含量,并将城市和农村儿童头发中Fe、Zn、Ca、Pb的含量进行比较,探讨营养、环境污染等诸多因素对儿童身体、智力发育造成的影响。
A method for the determination of micro Fe, Zn ,Ca and Pb in children's hair by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established. The levels of Fe ,Zn ,Ca and Pb in the hair of children of city and countryside are compared, and the influence of nutrition and environ mental pollution children's body and intelligence is discussed.
