摘要
小浪底水库运用后在新的水沙和河床边界条件下,现有河道整治工程具有不适应性并存在问题,应对现有工程布局提出改造方案,并提出黄河下游河道整治对策。
Due to the new circumstance after the application of Xiaolangdi Reservoir,the current projects to harness the channel of lower reaches of the Yellow River are unfit for the present situation.The authors provide some alterations to the layout of project in existence and put forward some harnessing strategies.
