摘要
对反求工程中曲线曲面重构这一关键技术进行了深入的探讨,对反求精度进行了全面的定义,并提出了反求误差的分析计算方法.在此基础上,以Visual C++为平台开发了用于平面凸轮反求的V1.0CARS反求系统.该系统具有测量数据处理、反算控制点、误差分析计算等功能.该系统还具有DXF图形文件接口,可以把反求结果送入通用CAD/CAM系统中进行运动仿真及数控加工.
Curves and surfaces reconstruction in reverse engineering is profoundly discussed. Reverse precision is defined thoroughly and the method of analyzing and calculating of reverse precision is put forward. According to the theory above and using Visual C++ a reverse system which can be applied to reverse of plane cams is developed.
