先进制造模式的应用是制造业在知识经济环境下,赢得竞争优势的根本途径,在先进制造模式推广应用过程中,应用企业核心能力理论,来培育制造企业的核心能力,赢得竞争优势.本文介绍了核心能力理论的主要观点,从技术、组织和人的角度,对先进制造模式的核心能力进行了分析,对先进制造模式应用过程中核心能力的管理,提出了相应的建议.

The application of Advanced Manufacturing Paradigms (AMP) is the basic way for manufacturing industry to gain the competitive advantages under the knowledge economic environment, that is to say, the core competence of the corporation theory is applied to cultivate the core competence of manufacturing enterprise in order to gain the competitive advantage in the course of popularizing of the AMP. The major viewpoints of the core competence of the corporation theory is introduced. The core competence of the AMP in terms of technology, organization and human beings is analyzed. The corresponding suggestions to the management of the core competence in the course of implementing the AMP are put forward.
