摘要
针对注塑模具加工由反复试模、修模来确定最佳成型方案所带来的生产周期长、制造成本高的问题,利用计算机辅助工程CAE技术,运用Moldflow软件,对汽车中央空调塑料饰件模具的两种设计方案进行流变分析和模拟来代替实际试模.通过比较分析结果,选择出填充效果均匀、熔接痕位不明显、气穴位置集中的较好成型方案.
In mould machining, the best moulding project can be chosen by testing and repairing mould again and again, which causes too long producing cycle and high cost. This paper utilizes CAE to two design projects, using software Moldflow, makes flow anlysis and simulation to replace testing mould in practice.By comparing analysis results, the best moulding project is chosen filling effect being unifor with unobvious weld line and centralizing air traps.
