摘要
针对目前大型旋转机械的振动测试、分析和动平衡计算、动平衡操作都是由独立的动平衡仪来完成,一般动平衡仪都存在存储空间小、功能可扩充性不好、不能直观地显示出配重位置等问题,基于PXI总线规范,依据动平衡测试理论和生产实际采用的测试方法与经验,组建了动平衡测试系统,确定了动平衡测试系统采用的测试和平衡方法,并应用LabVIEW编制了系统的工作软件,实现动平衡的自动测试.实验表明,经过此动平衡系统的测试和配重处理使振动强度达到ISO3945规范所规定的10μm以下优良标准的要求.
Presently, general analyse and dynamic balance calculation for the vibration of large rotary machines are performed by a single instrument, thus there are some problems such as small storage unit, single performance and display, the system based on PXI makes up the insufficiency, the method of building dynamic - balance test system is discussed. According to the theory of dynamic-balance and practical experience of the manufactory, the test and balance method is designed. The software is programmed by Lab VIEW, realizing automatic test of dynamic-balance. It has been proved as a system under the demand of 10μm defined by ISO 3945.
