摘要
针对目前机器视觉系统普遍以硬件为核心而导致的开发周期长、成本过高问题,利用LabVIEW为开发平台,开发了以软件为核心的机器视觉系统,设计出LabVIEW环境下大恒CG-QP300图像采集卡的驱动方法、图像处理和图像匹配模块、机器人抓取程序,并应用于胶囊封装质量的检测中.实际运行表明,该系统具有完整性、实时性、易于二次开发的特点.
According to the problem of being high cost and leng development cycle in the present machine vision ststem, which is with hardware as core, using LabVIEW as development platform a new machine vision system has been developed with software as core. The drive of image acquisition card of DAHENG, image processing, image matching and robot snatch programming is designed and applied to examine seal quantity of the capsule. The real operation indicates that the system has integrality, real time and is easy to develop twice.
