Theoretic study on a new type bolt sleeve sliding-tooth motor

在活齿齿传动理论和行星摆线齿轮马达工作原理相结合的基础上,提出了一种新型的活齿液压马达,讨论了该活齿液压马达的工作原理。研究表明:该活齿液压马达具有体积小、流量大、扭矩大、低速稳定性好、噪音低等特点。

On the basis of researching on sliding-tooth transmission theory and the principle of orbit motor, a new type of bolt sleeve sliding-tooth gear motor is presented. The discussion is focused on the working and structure principle of the new motor. The conclusion is that the hydraulic motor has bigger displacement、smaller pulsation and lower noise than other motors.
