信息时代制造型企业流程发生了很大的变化,如何对业务流程进行协调管理,动态地满足客户的需要,已成为各企业所关注的重要问题。本文在对传统流程管理理论演变的分析研究基础上,提出了适合供应链以及虚拟企业的跨组织流程管理思想———“松散耦合业务流程”的协调管理。

There took place great changes on manufacturing enterprise process in information times, how to manage business process in line and content dynamic need of clients has become important issue of enterprises. Based on analysis on evolution of traditional process management theory, the paper put forward beyond-form process management thinking —'loosely coupled business processes', which adapt to supply chain and virtual enterprise.
