原发性高血压患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度与左室肥厚的关系 被引量:6

Correlation between intima-media thickness of carotid artery and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients

摘要 目的 :探讨原发性高血压 (EH)患者颈动脉内 中膜厚度 (IMT)与左室肥厚 (LVH)之间的关系。方法 :用超声方法检测 93例EH患者与 32例对照组的颈动脉IMT、左室重量指数 (LVMI)。结果 :与对照组和EH1级患者比较 ,2、3级EH患者颈动脉IMT增厚 ,在EH患者中 ,4 1例伴有LVH ,其IMT较不伴LVH者增高 ,且与LVMI呈显著正相关 (r =0 .6 0 1,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :EH患者颈动脉IMT增加 ,与LVH密切相关。 Obsjective:To investigate the correlation between intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension patients. Method:IMT of carotid artery and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were measured by ultrasonography in 93 patients with essential hypertension and 32 normotensive controls. Result:IMT of carotid artery increased in hypertensive subjects in grade 2 and grade 3 when compared to the normotensive subjects and hypertensive subjects in grade1. Among hypertensive patients , there were 41 cases with left ventricular hypertrophy and IMT of them increased when compared to other 53 cases. There was positive relation between IMT of carotid artery and LVMI (γ= 0.601,P< 0.01).Conclusion:Intima-media thickness of carotid artery can increase in hypertensive patients and IMT is related to left ventricular hypertrophy.
