摘要
目的 :研究滨蒿ArtemisiascopariaWaldst etkit 化学成分 ,阐明其药理作用物质基础。方法 :薄层层析 ,硅胶反复柱层析 ,波谱分析技术和理化常数对照。结果 :从 80 %乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了 9个化合物 ,分别为 7 甲氧基香豆素 (7 Methoxycoumarine ,Ⅰ ) ,Isosabandin(Ⅱ ) ,6 ,7 二甲氧基香豆素 (6 ,7 Dimethylesculetin ,Ⅲ ) ,6 羟基 7 甲氧基香豆素 (7 Methylesculetin ,Ⅳ ) ,7 羟基 6 甲氧基香豆素 (Scopoletin ,Ⅴ ) ,茵陈色原酮 (Capillarisin ,Ⅵ ) ,绿原酸正丁酯 (Chlorogenicacidbutylester,Ⅶ ) ,Isoscopoletin β D glucopyranoside(Magnolioside ,Ⅷ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (β Sitosterol,Ⅸ )。结论 :化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得 ,化合物Ⅶ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。根据HMBC首次对Isosabandin(Ⅱ )和茵陈色原酮 (Ⅵ )的碳谱数据进行了归属。
AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia scoparia Waldst et kit METHOD:The chemical constituents were isolated by using repeated silical gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis RESULT:Nine compounds have been isolated from this plant,structures of which have been identified as 7-methoxycoumarine(Ⅰ),isosabandin(Ⅱ),6,7-dimethylesculetin(Ⅲ),7-methylesculetin(Ⅳ),scopoletin(Ⅴ),capillarisin(Ⅵ),chlorogenic acid butyl ester(Ⅶ),isoscopoletin-β-D-glucoside(magnolioside,Ⅷ) and β-sitosterol(Ⅸ) CONCLUSION:CompoundⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ have been isolated from this plant for the first time,and compound Ⅶ was also isolated from this genus for the first time The 13 CNMR data of isosabandin(Ⅱ)and capillarisin(Ⅵ)are reported for the first time
