摘要
目的 :采用气质联用仪分析亚甲二氧基甲基苯丙胺的主要成分及杂质。方法 :毛细管柱为PE 35(30m× 0 32mm ,0 1μm) ,柱温 10 0℃ (1min)以 10℃ /min升至 2 80℃ (7min) ;传输线温度 2 90℃ ,离子源温度2 6 0℃ ,进样口温度 2 90℃ ,载气为高纯氦气 ,流量为 1 0ml/min。对样品在分子量为 4 0~ 4 5 0的范围内进行全扫描。结果 :在所检测的 12粒摇头丸中 ,发现有 1粒MDMA纯度较高 ,对这纯度较高的摇头丸进行谱图解析发现 8种与合成途径相关的杂质。结论 :对这 8种杂质的存在进行理论解释 。
AIM:Identification of main components and some contaminants in 3,4-methylenedioxy- methamphetamine (MDMA) by GC/MS.METHOD:The column was a PE-35(30 m×0 32 mm,0 1 μm) The oven temperature was programmed as follows:100 ℃ for 1 min,and 10 ℃/min to 280 ℃ for 7 min The injection port and transfer line were 290 ℃ and the ion source temperature was set at 260 ℃ The helium carries gas flow rate was fixed to be 1 0 ml/min The mass spectra were recorded from m/e 40~450 RESULT:The purity of MDMA in one tablet is very high in these twelve MDMA tablets that have been determined.Chromatographic profiles of this tablet are studied and eight substances concerned with synthesis route are found by mass spectrum.CONCLUSION:The reason for the presence of these eight substances were discussed and the synthesis route of this tablet was from 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone by reductive amination
