黄花倒水莲中Reinioside C含量测定及指纹图谱分析

Assay of Reinioside C in Polygala fallax Hemsl.and Fingerprint of Polygala Total Saponins

目的 :建立黄花倒水莲中ReiniosideC的含量测定方法 ,并对其总皂苷部位的指纹图谱进行初步研究。方法 :采用RP HPLC ELSD法 ,用C18色谱柱 ,以乙腈 0 1%冰乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱。结果 :两点校正 ,自然对数换算可弥补ELSD线性应答差的不足 ,方法学验证此法可获得准确测定结果。结论 :HPLC ELSD法测定ReiniosideC的含量及药材总皂苷部位的指纹图谱可用于黄花倒水莲的质量控制。

AIM:To establish a method for determining the contents of Reinioside C in Polygala fallax Hemsl. and to study the fingerprint of Polygala fallax Hemsl. METHOD:RP-HPLC analysis is carried out through C 18 column,using acetontrile-water as mobile phase,eluted in gradient mode and detected by evaporated light scattering detector. RESULT:The poor linear response of ELSD can be compensated by calibration and logarithm calculation. CONCLUSION:Quality of Polygala fallax Hemsl. can be effectively controlled by HPLC-ELSD analysis and the fingerprint.
