我国城市在改革开放后历经二十年的住宅建设发展,健康住宅、宜人的居住环境越来越受到关注。健康住宅是住宅发展的必然选择。本文根据健康住宅建设技术要点,分三大点就健康住宅应着重考虑的因素进行阐述,把“以人的健康为本”融入住宅设计。

Ever since China adopts the ”Reforming and Opening to the Outside” policy, people pay more and more attention to the healthy residence and pleasant living environment after 20 years' city housing construction development. It's the inevitable choice of housing development. This article stresses the factors that should be considered in the healthy residence based on the technical essentials of healthy housing construction. It integrates the philosophy of ”human being's health is the fundamental” into the process of residence design and construction.
