摘要
本文首先简要论述了厦门市的地震环境,然后全面总结了厦门市高层建筑抗震设防管理的实践经验,介绍了高层建筑设防审查的分类管理办法。最后,本文还就如何抓好高层建筑抗震专项审查进行了有益的探索。本文的工作可供建设行政管理部门在抗震设防管理中借鉴。
In this paper, the earthquake environment and the practical experiences for the supervision on seismic design of high-rise buildings in Xiamen City are summarized. The classified management methods for the seismic design of high-rise buildings are also introduced. This work is beneficial for the government officials to examine and approve the design of high-rise buildings.
