摘要
Eales病是一种主要累及青年男性周边视网膜血管的特发性炎症。近年来研究表明其发生可能与结核等全身疾病、免疫机制、氧化反应等有关。针对不同的病程,采用药物、激光、或玻璃体视网膜手术等治疗措施可获得较满意的视功能恢复。
Eales disease is an idiopathic retinal periphlebitis which occurs in young healthy male adults. Lately studies indicated that it may be connected with systemic diseases (in particular tuberculosis), immunology, oxidative stress, etc. The management of Eales disease depends on the stage of the disease, including medical therapy, photocoagulation and vitreoretinal surgery. The results of vitreoretinal surgery have been found to be satisfactory in cases of vitreous hemorrhage with or without retinal detachment.·
