高眼压状态下行小梁切除术临床观察

Trabeculectomy in intraocular hypertension state

目的探讨高眼压状态下小梁切除术的疗效。方法回顾分析近3a来对17例(18眼)在高眼压状态下实施抗青光眼小梁切除术术后情况,确定其手术效果。结果本组手术17例(18眼),17眼均取得良好效果占94.4%,仅1眼术后继发恶性青光眼,手术失败。结论对持续高眼压状态(超过50.62mmHg患者),在用药效果不理想情况下及时行手术治疗,能有效控制病情,避免视功能进一步受损。

AIM: To observe the clinical effect of trabeculectomy in intraocular hypertension state.· METHODS: Seventeen patients (18 eyes) who had undergone trabeculectomy for glaucoma in intraocular hypertension state during recent 3a were retrospectively observed to confirm the effects of the operations.· RESULTS: Among the 18 eyes, 17 cases were treated effectively (94.4%) and the operation was failed in 1 case, which lead to malignant glaucoma.· CONCLUSION: To those who were in continuous intraocular hypertension state (above 50.62mmHg), it is effective for visual function recovery to operate in cases in which medicine does not work.·
