摘要 目的观察准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗角膜相对较薄近视眼的临床效果。方法观察术后1,3d,1wk,1,3,6mo,1a的眼部症状、屈光状态、裸眼及矫正视力、眼压、角膜并发症情况。结果德国蛇牌MEL70型准分子激光治疗角膜相对较薄近视眼,结果显示LASEK术后刺激症状较轻,具有良好的稳定性、预测性、安全性。结论LASEK治疗角膜较薄的中高度近视安全、有效。 AIM: To evaluate the effect of excimer laser epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) on myopic eyes with very thin cornea.· METHODS: Postoperative refrection, uncorrected and corrected visual acuity, intraocular tension and corneal complications were observed and analyzed.· RESULTS: Myopic eyes with very thin cornea were treated with German MELTO LASEK, and the results indicated minimal postoperative irritative symptoms.· CONCLUSION: LASEK is safe and effective for treating severe high myopia.·
