摘要
目的 观察丹参注射液对内毒素休克兔多脏器功能损害的保护作用。方法 建立兔内毒素休克的模型 ,将大白兔随机分为正常对照组 (8只 )、内毒素休克组 (8只 )和丹参防治组 (8只 ) ,分别在输注脂多糖 (LPS)前及输注LPS后 30、 6 0、 12 0、 180、 2 4 0和 30 0min观察炎症介质、脏器功能及主要器官的病理学改变。结果 丹参防治组动物血浆丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、心肌肌钙蛋白I (cTnI)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF α)显著低于内毒素休克组 ,而动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )和白介素 10 (IL 10 )显著高于内毒素休克组。丹参防治组肝、肺、心炎性病理改变明显减轻。结论 丹参注射液能改善内毒素休克兔的心、肝、肺功能 ,减轻全身炎症反应及部分脏器病理损害 。
Objective To evaluate the protective effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection on rabbits with endotoxic shock.Methods Rabbit model of endotoxic shock was produced in this study. Rabbits were randomly divided into the normal control group(group A,n=8), endotoxic shock group (group B,n=8) and Salvia Mfltiorrhiza injection treatment group (group C,n=8). At the time before and after the infusion of LPS 30min,60min,120min,180min,240min and 300min,blood samples were taken for measurement of the plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT),creatinine(Cr),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),partial pressure of oxygen in artery ( PaO 2),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α ) and interleukin-10 (IL-10).When the experiment was finished, autopsy was performaned,and the heart,lung,liver and kidney samples were taken for pathological study.Results After giving Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection, the plasma ALT, cTnI and TNF-α were significantly lower in group C than in group B.PaO 2 and IL-10 in group C were significantly higher than those in group B. Inflammation in liver,lung and heart tissue were alleviated in the groupc. Conclusion The results suggest that Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection has benefit effects on alleviating inflammation,and can prevent visceral organ damages in rabbits with endotoxic shock.
