摘要
阐述双机架平整机中间张力自动控制系统中的模糊控制 ,详细地介绍了中间张力模糊控制的原理及其组成、算法流程。生产实践证明 ,中间张力采用模糊控制响应快、超调小 ,张力波动在 5 %以内。
The present paper describes the fuzzy control of the intermediate tension in the automatic control systems in the twin stands temper mill and introduces in detail the principle,constitution and algorithm procedure of the intermediate tension fuzzy control.Practical results show that this system is characterized by its high speed response and low overshoot.Tension variation is less than 5?%.
