摘要
回顾性分析近年来发表的有关物质依赖(香烟、酒精、可卡因等)的脑功能影像(fMRI为主,部分PET)的研究论文,了解功能磁共振在此领域的研究方法以及应用价值,阐述不同刺激模式引起脑功能兴奋的情况,并总结出与物质渴求相关的活动脑区。探讨物质依赖在fMRI研究中所存在的问题,探索性提出了物质依赖研究发展前景。
Articles related to neuroimaging techniques(fMRI,PET)on drug-dependence or addiction in the past few years were studied retrospectively.we listed some of the methods and results in this reˉsearch field,described the activations in different subjects with different stimulus,summarized the speˉcific neuro-anatomy structures involved in various substance dependence.Finally,we explored the limˉitation and foreground of fMRI on addiction.
