摘要
NTDs为多因素疾病 ,发病率高 ,危害严重。现有的预防措施主要有围孕期服用叶酸制剂及产前监测。孕前筛查利用基因诊断筛查出生育NTDs的亲代高危人群 ,为孕前重点干预及孕期重点监测提供依据。若 3种方法结合可使NTDs的预防措施更具针对性 ,从而最大限度地有效降低NTDs的发生率。
Neural tube defects is a sort of desease which caused by the syntheticeffects of gene and environment.It has high incidence and it does serious harm.The main preventive measures against NTDs now available are supplementing folic acid and supervising the embryo.The screening before pregnancy can find the couple who have the possibility of bearing the baby of NTDs through gene diagnosing, and provide objective basis for the supervising.The synthetical preventive measures can take effective measures to reduce the incidence of NTDs.
