临床医学院学员管理工作直接影响到医院临床教学的质量.本文介绍了做好临床学员管理工作的方法和体会,一是加强组织建设,充分发挥队党支部、团支部的模范带头作用,深入把握学员动态,关心每一位学员的成长;二是积极营造良好的学习条件,寓学习于实习之中,在"3+2"教学模式中实现理论水平与实践操作能力双提高的目标;三是严格规章制度,完善日常管理,充分发挥学员行政骨干的职能作用,调动学员行政骨干的主观能动性.

The management of students in the clinical medical college has direct effects on the quality of clinical teaching of the hospital. This paper introduces the methods and experience in student management work. First, the organizational building of the Party and Youth League branches is strengthened so as to bring into full play the exemplary role of the Party and Youth League members. Second, appropriate learning environment is created in order to achieve better combination of theory with clinical practice and rapid progress in both theory and practical clinical skills. Third, we have rigorously enforced rules and regulations, perfected daily management, and given a full scope to the initiatives of the student leaders.
