Analysis of 15 Cases Operated Again after Appendectomy

目的 探讨由于误诊、误治致阑尾切除术后再手术的原因。方法 对 1992年 3月～ 2 0 0 4年 4月因误诊、误治导致阑尾切除术后再手术 15例进行回顾性分析。结果 因误诊、误治导致阑尾切除术后再手术 15例。再次手术后全部治愈。结论 遵循外科基本原则 ,掌握外科基本功 。

Objective To discuss the causes of giving operations again after appendectomy because of misdiagnosis and improper surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was given to the 15 cases hospitalized from March 1992 to April 2004,who received operations again after appendectomy because of misdiagnosis and improper surgical treatment.Results All the patients recovered after being operated again.Conclusion Good command of basic surgical rationale and techniques may prevent or decrease the chance of giving operations again after appendectomy.
