摘要
"公开招考"领导干部是干部任用制度的重大突破,但目前在规划和发展上尚缺乏长远的科学研究。为确保公选的公正性、权威性,还需解决试题结构及内容、考试模式和手段、考试管理和工作流程中所存在的问题,以进一步深化和拓展公选领导干部的内涵。
To select the cadre openly through the examination is an important breakthrough for the system of cadre appointment.However at the moment it lacks the long-term scientific research in its planning and development.In order to make certain of its justice and authority, some existing issues should be settled such as the form of examination questions, their contents, examination mode and artifice, examination management and its flow, so as to further deepen and extend the significant of openly electing cadres.
