摘要
做好高校共青团工作必须首先对高校共青团工作有一个全面认识和把握。根据多年的工作实践,对高校共青团工作的地位、作用、根本任务和社会职能作了初步探讨,提出了进一步做好高校共青团工作的思路与方法。
In order to do well the CYL (Communist Youth League) work in the university, an all-round understanding and demand should be gotten for the first thing.According to the work experience of years in practice, the author further explores its role, position, essential task and social function and then puts forward some thoughts and methods concerned with the CYL work.
