摘要
文章在自行研制的中试设备上用氢氧化钠法-水热反应法制备出了氢氧化镁阻燃剂,分析了温度对制备氢氧化镁的影响。研究发现提高常温合成温度,有利于常温产物的水热改性处理,使之生成形貌规则、粒径分布均匀、分散性良好的氢氧化镁六方片状颗粒。另外,在一定的范围内,提高水热改性温度,有利于改善晶体的结晶性能,提高水热改性效果。
The purpose of this work is to investigate the effect of temperature on the preparation of flame retardant Mg(OH)_2 synthesized and processed via MgCl_2-NaOH route and hydrothermal modification route respectively in a large-scale experimental set-up which is designed by authors.The results show the Mg(OH)_2 patricles synthesized at 60℃ are more favorable to hydrothermal modification than the Mg(OH)_2 particles synthesized at 40℃,and the regular hexagonal plates of Mg(OH)_2 with larger particle size and smaller BET surface area were formed after the hydrothermal treatment.Also,with increasing of hydrothermal treatment temperature,the morphology became more regular,the distribution of particle size became more uniform,and the crystal structure became more stable.However,when the hydrothermal temperature exceeds the optimal value,the growth of particle size was inhibited,and the BET surface area will become large since the part of large particles will be dissolved.
