摘要
荧光灯组装工艺流程中,存在着一系列影响灯管质量问题的因素,如材料质量、零件化学处理、热加工工艺、真空卫生条件等,这些因素的影响最终将在排气工序中反映出来。排气工序中的温度和时间两大要素,是制灯行业感到难以掌握的技术问题。目前制灯行业的加热装置中所采用的气体火焰加热和电阻丝直接加热,都存在着烘箱温度不易控制达到所需工艺温度和上下温差悬殊等弊病。本文提出将远红外加热技术应用到排气烘箱加热装置中,从实践中证实了其可行性,并收到了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
There is a lot of facters affecting the tube quality in the assembling process of fluorescent lamp, such as the quality of materials, chemical processing for parts, heating technique and working environment. The effect of these factors on quality will be reflected in exhaust process. Temperature and time are two basic technical parameters in exhaust process, they are difficult to control in lamp production. The heating apparatus currently used, heated either by flame or resistance wire, have the disadvantages of being difficult to reach the temperature required and big temperature differences between top and bottom. This paper introduced a far-infrared heating exhaust oven and its advantages.
