摘要 介绍一种新型的程控霍耳单元,它能同时容纳两块样品(标准样品或范德堡样品均可),具有将高内阻电压变成低阻电压的功能,且能自动处理霍耳/电导引线的断线。本单元配用自己研制的“双地址只听IEEE-488接口”便于进行微机控制,亦可用面板操作。本单元还有选择待测电压的六通道多路开关、以及设定温度控制器工作温度的12位数/模转换器。 A new instrument 'programmable Hall Unit' has been developed which can accommodate two samples (standard or Van der Pauw samples), and has the functions of changing the high resistance voltage to low resistance voltage and reconnecting the Hall /conduction leads when one of which has been broken. This unit contains a 'doubleaddress listen-only IEEE-488 interface' for remote control purpose, but can also be operated manually. Furthermore, this unit has a six channel multiplexer for selecting different votages to a digital multimeter, and a 12-bit digital-to-analog converter which will be used to set the operation temperature of a manual temperature controller.
