本文从职业认识、职业情感、职业意志、职业行为等方面阐述了新世纪图书馆员应遵守的职业道德规范,并提出加强职业道德建设的三项措施。

This article expounds the professional ethics that librarian should observe in new century from the aspects of professional cognition, emotionality, purpose and behavior etc. And it advances three measures which can strengthen the construct of librarian's professional ethics.
