摘要
随着近代工业的发展,塑料齿轮的设计、制造和应用具有广阔的前景。塑料齿轮面啮合区温度分布的研究是塑料齿轮设计的关键。本文应用红外热成像技术进行齿轮啮合区温度分布的研究,根据红外热像仪的扫描原理,详细分析对运动目标测量时红外热图的变化,从而确定正确的测试方案,为齿轮设计理论提供可靠的依据。
This paper described the application of infrared thermography on the study of temperature distribution in the meshing zone of plastic gears. Based on the scanning principle of infrared thermovision, changes of infrared thermograph for moving object have been analysed in detail. A proper test method is set up. A reliable data for plastic gear designing is provided.
