摘要 参与肝癌细胞凋亡的信号传导及调控因素很多。目前认为 caspase- 3蛋白酶在凋亡的信号传导中起重要作用。caspase- 3的活化过程极为复杂 ,受多种因素调控 ,存在不同的活化途径 ,而且不同的活化途径存在着相互串话 (cross-talk)。诸多调控细胞凋亡的因素可通过 caspase- 3蛋白酶起作用 ,caspase- 3的抑制剂通过抑制 caspase- 3的活化和降低 caspase- 3的活性 。 Many factors are found to be involved in signal transforming and control in apotosis of human hepatoma cell.At present,caspase-3 protease is considered to be very important in signal transforming of cell apotosis.The process of caspase-3 activation is extremely complex and controlled by various factors.The pathes of activation are varied and the cross-talk is present among the different activation pathes.A lots of factors,which mediate the cell apotosis realize their action through caspase-3 protease.The inhibitors of caspase-3 inhibits the apotosis of hepatoma cell by inhibiting the caspase-3 activation and decrease the caspase-3 activity.
