This article is to research the family factors affecting psychological health of primary students and the intervention skills.The survey situation and intervention skills are summarized. The surveys show family factors affecting psychological health of primary students include family biological factors, family structure integrity, parents' educational means, family environment etc. And the intervention skills include psychological guidance to individuals or groups, lecture of behavior problems, distributing educational materials such as 'Necessary Reading for Parents' among parents.
