摘要
眼内炎在我国通常被分为感染性眼内炎和非感染性眼内炎两大类。在感染性眼内炎中根据病因又分为外因性和内因性眼内炎 ;根据感染的性质又可分为细菌性和霉菌性眼内炎。而在欧美国家则将眼内炎分为 :1手术后眼内炎(急性、迟发性、结膜滤泡相关性眼内炎 )。 2外伤后眼内炎。 3内源性眼内炎。
Endophthalmitis is divided into two groups:the infective end ophthalmitis and non-infective endophthalmitis in our country.The infective endophthalmitis is also divided into external cause endophthalmitis and internal cause endophthalmitis according to the causes.From the views of the infective pathogen,it can be divided as bacterial endophthalmitis and fungal endophthalmitis.However,at abroad,endophthalmitis is divided into four types:①Postoperative endophthalmitis,including acute,chronic and bleb-associated endophthalmitis,②Postinjury endophthalmitis,③Internal cause endophthalmitis and ④Non-infective endophthalmitis resulted from a lots of causes.
